La biennale è finita, la stanchezza si sente.


L'esperienza più bella senz'altro è stata condividere con Gilbert & George e Tim Marlow, il loro senso dell'umorismo insuperabile!!!


ve lo racconterò meglio...


sto partendo per l'America, sta per finire un anno mitico, i giorni che rimangono saranno di grande pianificazione, mi aspetta un nuovo anno pieno di cambiamenti, a presto con foto e notizie.





The Biennale is over, i'm extremely tired.


The most beautiful experience was to be able to share with Gilbert & George and Tim Marlow from the white Cube and their fantastic sense of humour!!!

Now I'm leaving, I'm going to America, a mythic year is coming to it's end, the left days will be used for planning, a year full of big changes is waiting for me, I'll be back with photos and news soon!!!

Cildo Meireles Lin Tianmiao - Mother Back from Colombia, having decided to actually spend most of the year there, I'm working on a new big project! I won't tell until is done so you can expect a surprise! I'm very pleased to know that I will be able to taste my culture again. Will be around in Italy for 3 or 4 months of the year, will curate only the International Projects for the Florence Biennale as well as the Biennale series of catalogues for artists. I will be head of the international committee for another project in Sardinia, meaning I will be back in Colombia but still keeping strong my contacts here in Europe!. I've been traveling around and most recently I have been in London for the Frieze Art Fair which I enjoyed very much, as usual a lot of good work and other pieces that I didn't appreciate much, certainly I have to say the sculpture park was not my favorite!. 2+2=5 llot C'è una sorta di identità indefinita che ci fa quasi girare la testa, nell'era del postmodernismo abbiamo davvero troppi ingredienti per cucinare e spesso ci ritroviamo senza sapere come metterli insieme. Siamo in una fase di sperimentazione, un laboratorio di ricerca, un progetto in fase transitoria, ci siamo incamminati verso la ricerca della nostra identità che non appartiene più al passato ma troppo al futuro e nel frattempo il presente si riempie di cosi tanta informazione che ci sentiamo eccessivamente sazi. In questa ricerca, ci nascono delle accelerazioni interessanti, spesso i creativi cercano di mettere insieme le varie discipline, di far funzionare anche le cose più opposte in un solo momentum per reinterpretare questa identità che non si lascia prendere che ci sfugge fra le dita. Spesso questi gruppi rimangono alla fase iniziale, è una nuova modalità di azione per ciò stiamo inventandola e non tutti riescono ad andare al di là della bella idea di far inte...
